Natalie Lewis leads the Jobs Plus Program with a strong dedication to community empowerment, workforce development, and resident success. As Director, she oversees program operations, strategic planning, and partnerships that help residents of the George Washington Carver and Felix Heights communities access meaningful employment opportunities, education, and supportive services. 

With a deep understanding of the challenges residents face, Natalie is committed to creating pathways that promote economic self-sufficiency and long-term growth. Her leadership ensures the program not only meets HUD goals but also truly transforms lives.
